1. Job description
- Capture requirements from Japanese clients and translate them precisely for the Vietnam team
- Estimation, scheduling and quality management
- Daily / weekly progress reporting and risk management
- First-line technical triage and reviews
- Mentor junior BrSEs
2. Requirements
- 5+ years as BrSE or in offshore project leadership
- Japanese JLPT N2 or above
- Strong requirement-definition and basic-design documentation
- Background in web or mobile development
- Experience with JIRA / Backlog / Redmine or equivalent
