1. Job description
- Onsite work at our Tokyo office or client site in Japan
- Requirement interviews with clients, design reviews, progress reporting
- Pass specifications to Vietnam team and verify quality
- Estimation, scheduling and risk management
- Interpretation / translation duties and mentoring junior BrSEs
2. Requirements
- 5+ years as BrSE or in offshore project leadership
- Japanese JLPT N2 or above (smooth business communication)
- Holding or eligible for a Japan work visa
- Strong requirement-definition and basic-design documentation
- Background in web or mobile development
