1. Job description
- Run requirement interviews and analyse business processes
- Author use cases, screen specs and business flow (BPMN) documents
- Manage product backlog with PO / BrSE
- Demo at sprint reviews and incorporate client feedback
2. Requirements
- 2+ years as BA
- Business analysis and requirement definition with UML / BPMN
- Able to write documents and join meetings in English or Japanese
- Hands-on JIRA / Confluence / Figma
- Domain knowledge of IT industry or web products
