1. Job description
- Pitch offshore / SES / project-based services to Japanese enterprises
- New lead generation (events, referrals, webinars), sales meetings, deal closing
- Author quotes and proposals, negotiate contracts
- Account management after deal close
- Build relationships with Japanese partners and clients
2. Requirements
- 3+ years of IT industry sales experience
- Japanese JLPT N2+ (negotiation level)
- Hands-on B2B sales, proposal and contract negotiation
- Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with offshore / SES business (a plus)
3. Benefits
- Base salary: 18,000,000 — 40,000,000 VND + commission (up to 200% of base)
- 13th-month salary + deal-closing bonus
