1. Job description

  • Tokyo office work selling to clients across Japan
  • Pitch offshore / SES / project-based services and close deals
  • Generate new leads via exhibitions, webinars and referrals
  • Author quotes / proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Account management and customer success post-deal
  • Coordinate with the Vietnam HQ delivery team

2. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B IT sales experience
  • Japanese JLPT N2 or above (negotiation and contract level)
  • Holding or eligible for a Japan work visa
  • Pipeline management with CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with offshore / SES business (a plus)

3. Benefits

  • Base annual salary: JPY 5,000,000 — 9,000,000 + incentive (up to 50% of annual base)
