1. Job description
- Tokyo office work selling to clients across Japan
- Pitch offshore / SES / project-based services and close deals
- Generate new leads via exhibitions, webinars and referrals
- Author quotes / proposals and negotiate contracts
- Account management and customer success post-deal
- Coordinate with the Vietnam HQ delivery team
2. Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B IT sales experience
- Japanese JLPT N2 or above (negotiation and contract level)
- Holding or eligible for a Japan work visa
- Pipeline management with CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with offshore / SES business (a plus)
3. Benefits
- Base annual salary: JPY 5,000,000 — 9,000,000 + incentive (up to 50% of annual base)
