1. Job description
- Own end-to-end planning, budget, progress, quality and risk
- Liaise with and report to Japanese stakeholders
- Resource planning and people management for 15-30 person teams
- Support estimation and contract negotiation
- Coordinate with BrSE / TL / QA lead
2. Requirements
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- Background in web / mobile / enterprise system development
- Japanese JLPT N1 (negotiation level)
- Run both Agile / Scrum and Waterfall projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 a strong plus
