1. Job description
- Design and implement backends for DX / core-system rebuild projects with major Japanese enterprises
- Own microservice architecture decisions on Spring Boot stacks
- Performance tuning, code reviews and mentoring junior engineers
- Drive technology selection and standardization with Japanese architects
2. Requirements
- 5+ years of Java (8 / 11 / 17) production experience
- Hands-on Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA / Hibernate
- Experience tuning PostgreSQL / MySQL at scale
- Built and operated microservices with messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
- AWS (ECS, RDS, Lambda) or equivalent cloud operations
- JLPT N3+ a plus (not required)
