- HR, attendance, and shifts were managed manually via Excel and paper, which was laborious and error-prone.
- Attendance data was scattered and lacked accuracy and transparency, with time-consuming aggregation.
- Allocating personnel and equipment to multiple sites made it hard to grasp the situation and coordinate.

Replace manual HR and attendance management with a web system to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency, while digitizing internal operating processes.
