A CRM system that centrally manages customer and business data. It organizes and visualizes scattered customer information, records interaction history and deal status, streamlining sales activities and driving revenue growth. Built with a modern Django (Python) + React stack, with reproducible, maintainable infrastructure provisioned on AWS via CDK.

Background & Challenges
- Customer and partner data was scattered across spreadsheets and personal files, with no central view.
- No history of who contacted whom and when, making follow-ups and outreach easy to miss.
- Customer information was underused, with no mechanism to turn data into revenue growth.
- Updating and sharing data depended on individuals, so the organization couldn't accumulate customer assets.

Goal
Centrally manage customer and business data with CRM features, visualize interaction history and deal status, and streamline sales to drive data-driven revenue growth.

Solution
- Build a CRM platform that centrally manages customer and partner data so the whole organization shares one source of truth.
- Provide a searchable, filterable admin UI with a React frontend and a Django (Python) backend.
- Provision infrastructure as code on AWS with CDK for a reproducible, maintainable operating platform.
- Stand up a new MySQL database; when the client already has a database, coordinate with their infrastructure to design a tailored migration/integration plan.
- Set up the GitHub repository, member permissions, and development operating conventions.
