- As employees increasingly juggle multiple projects, managing work status and workload grew complex.
- It was hard to see who was working on which project and how much, making resource allocation hard to optimize.
- Aggregating HR reports was laborious, with no real-time view of the situation.

Digitize HR management in flexible work environments so employees proactively manage schedules and workload, while managers see resource allocation and performance in real time.
